(1) The State Government shall, within a period of three months of the coming into force of this Act, establish a 1[State Security Commission] to exercise the functions assigned to it under this Act. 1[(2) The State Security Commission shall consist of following persons, namely: — 1Substituted for words “State Police Board” by Punjab Act No. 19 of 2018, Section 2 Rank structure in Civil and Armed Police. Member (f) the Principal Secretary to ...
