Power of Authority to make Regulations (1) The Authority may make regulations for the proper performance of its functions under this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power and of matters specifically provided for in this Act, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely; - PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), JULY 9, 2002 (ASAR 18, 1924 SAKA) 13 (i) Specifying procedure to transact business in the meetings under section 9; (ii) Determining of salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and other employees of the Authority under sub-section (2) of section 11; and (iii) Fixing of sums received by the Authority under clause (iii) of sub-section (1) of section 12.
