Register of Court Cases [Sections 7 and 95].— The Gram Panchayat Shall maintain a separate register of court cases in Form-XXI appended to these rules and a separate page of the register shall be allotted to each case. In the register of cases in which the Gram Panchayat is the defendant, the amount paid in satisfaction of a decree awarded against the Gram Panchayat and the date of payment shall be noted in the “Remarks” column.
