Acts done by persons suffering from certain disorders. - Whoever, while suffering from an infectious, contagious or loathsome disorder- (a) makes or offers for sale any articles and food or drink for human con- sumption or any medicine or drug, or (b) wilfully touches any such article, medicine or drug, when exposed for sale by others, or (c) takes any part in the business of washing or carrying soiled clothes, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to twenty rupees.
