(EXTRA), DECEMBER 26, 2005 241 (q) (r) (S) (t) (u) (v) (W) (X) (12) (Z) (20) (PAUSA 5, 1927 SAKA) “prescribed” means prescribed by Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations ; “President” means the President of the Lovely International Trust; “Principal” means a Head ofthe institution and includes any other person officiating as such ; \ “Registrar” means the Registi'ar of the University ; “State” means the State of Punjab ; “Statutes”, “Ordinances” and “Regulations” means respectively, the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations ofthe University made by it under this Act ; “Teacher” includes Professor, Reader, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer and any such other person imparting instructions on full time or part time basis in the University or institution ; “Trust” means the Lovely mtcmational Trust ; “University” means the Lovely Professional University as incorporated under this Act ; “Vice-Chancellor” means the Vice-Chancellor of the University; and “Visitor” means the Visitor ofthe University. .
