(1) The Governing Council shall consist ofthe following persons, The Governing namely :—— Council. (a) the Chancellor; .. Chairman (b) the Vice-Chancellor ; .. Member (c) two members of the Tmst, to be .. Members nominated by the Trust ; (d) one person from Academia or .. Member Industry, to be nominated by the Chancellor ; , ~ ,. Members University, to be nominated by the University ; and (g) one nominee ofthe Government .. Member of the State ofPunjab, Department of Technical Education or Medical Education or Higher Education.
