(1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the University and he shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the Univelsity on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed. (2) The Registrar shall conduct the official correspondence of the Un1vers1ty and shall keep the minutes ofthe meetings ofthe Goveming Council. Academic Council, Executive Connoil and Finance Committee. (3) The Registrar shall be the custodian ofthe records common seal and such other property ofthe University, as the GovemingCouncil may entrust to his charge. (4) The Registrar shall exercise such powers and perfonn suc‘?ti_es as may fiom time to time be assigned to him by the Chancellor, Governing Council or any other authority ofthe University 1
