(1) If a member wishes to resign his office he shall send his resignation in writing to the State Government: Provided that the resignation of a member other than the Chairman shall be submitted through the Chairman. (2) If the State Government accepts the resignation such acceptance shall be communicated to the Board, and thereupon the seat of the member resigning shall become vacant.
