(1) The Government may at any time, by notification, in the Transfer of Government Official Gazette, transfer any Government college or hospital of AYUSH OF or oot Health Sciences to the University and from the date of such transter, the University. said college or hospital, as the case may be, shail be a university college or hospital. (2) When any Government college or University under sub-section (7), the followin hospital is transferred to the g consequences shall ensue, namely :— all the assets including the properties and liabilities pertaining to the said college or hospital, as the case may be, shall stand transferred to and vest in the University: (1) Inspection and control.
