A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authority or body of the University, if, he-—- with FOC is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent (a) court ; (b) isan undischarged insolvent j (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude ;.or. .. (d) _has.been.punished for indulging in or promoting unfair _.practice in the conduct of any examination in any form, anywhere.
