- S. 6(1) The University shall exercise its jurisdiction within its sl campuses
- S. 7The following shall be the officers of the University, namely :-— University
- S. 8(1) The Governor of Punjab shall be the Visitor of the University

- S. 11(1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the Chancellor from amongst the panel of three persons recommended by the Gover
- S. 12(1) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the Chancellor in such manner, as may be prescribed
- S. 13(1) The University may appoint such other officers, as it may deem necessary for its smooth functioning
