(1)All themployees of the University, other thanthe teachers and other academic staff shall, in the absence of any contract to the contrary, be governed by the terms and condiiioas of service and code of conduct as are specified in the Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations. (2) The manner of appointment and emoluments of employees, other than the teachers and other academic staff,shall be such as may be prescribed by the Ordinances. -
