(1)All the teachers and other academic staffof the University shall, inthe absence of any agreement to the cont~ary, be governed by the terns and conditions of service and code of conduct as are specified in the Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations. (2)The emoluments of msmbers of theacademic staffshall be such as may be prescribed by the Ordinances. (3) Every teacher and member of h eacademic staff ofthe Universityshall be appointed on a m i w conbact, the form of whidh shall be prescribed by the Ordinances. (6A copy of e v q contract r e f d to in clause (3) shall be deposited with the- Registrar.
