Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any agreement, the Corporation may, by notice in writing, require any debtor to discharge forthwith in full his liabilities to the Corporation - (a) if it appears to the Board that any false or misleading information or particular was given in the application for loan; (b) if the debtor has failed to comply with any of the terms of the agreement entered into by him with the Corporation; (c) if there is a reasonable apprehension that the debtor is unable to pay the money due from him; or (d) if for any other reason it is necessary to do so to protect the interests of the Corporation.
