In making any loan authorised by this Act, the Corporation may impose such conditions as it may think necessary or expedient for protecting the interests of the Corporation: Bad Debts Fund. Relief and Common Good Fund. Power to impose conditions for loans. Provided that the rate of interest chargeable on such loans shall in no case exceed the rate of interest chargeable on the loans advanced under the Punjab State Aid to Industries Act, 1935.
