(1) The University shall have the power to establish and maintain off-campus Centres, and Study Centres within the jurisdiction of the University, as may be decided by the Board of Governors, from time to time; (2) The University shall exercise control over the off-campus Centres and Study Centres in respect of academic, financial and administrative matters, as prescribed by the Ordinances.
