The Authorities of the University shall make Regulations consistent with this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances, for all or any other matters which by this Act, Statutes and Ordinances are to be provided for by Regulations, and also for any other matter not provided for in the Act, Statutes and Ordinances, for conducting their own business and that of their Committees.
