(1) The Professor/Administrator in the rank of Professor with atleast three years of administrative experience shall be appointed as the Registrar by the Board of Governors on the recommendations of the Selection Protection of action taken in good faith. (5) The Registrar shall discharge his functions under the superintendence, direction and guidance of the Vice-Chancellor.
