In the event of any person or persons failing to comply with the directions of the competent authority or the Government in respect of any matter under this chapter, the competent authority or the Government may itself execute the work and take necessary measures and may realise either whole or a portion of the cost, incurred from the person or persons concerned in such manner as the Government or the competent authority may determine. Information regarding any insect-borne disease in epidemic form
