The persons or authority in charge of any fair or festival shall not less than 60 days before the commencement, intimate to the local authority or the Health Officer of the local authority concerned or if the fair or festival held within the jurisdiction of two or more local authorities, each of the local authorities concerned, the date of commencement of the fair or festival concerned and other particulars as may be required by the local authority or the Health Officer in this connection.
