(1) The Government may remove or dismiss a trustee of an institution if such trustee --- (a) fails to discharge the duties and perform the functions of a trustee in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder; or (b) disobeys the lawful orders issued under the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder; or (c) continuously neglects his duty or commits any malfeasance, misfeasance or breach of trust in respect of the institution; or (d) misappropriates or deals improperly with the properties of the institution. ________________________________________________________________________
