Acts of societies etc., not to be invalidated by certain defects.- No Act of a registered society or any committee or of any officer of the society shall be deemed to be invalid merely on the ground- (a) of any vacancy or defect in the organisation of the society or the formation of the general body or the constitution of the representative general body or of the committees; (b) of any defect or irregularity in the election or appointment of a member of the committee or an officer of the society or of any disqualification of such member or officer; or (c) of any defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
