(1) The jurisdiction of the Board shall extend to the whole of Union territory of Puducherry. (2) Any institution admitted to the privileges of the Board shall cease to be associated with, or be admitted to the privileges of, any other Board. (3) No institution situated within the local limits of the jurisdiction of the Board, but not admitted to its privileges shall be associated with, or be admitted to the privileges of, any other Board except with the previous approval of the Government.
