There shall be paid to each Minister, Leader of the Opposition and the Chief Whip a salary of one thousand rupees per mensem and dearness allowance at such rates as officers of Government drawing a salary of one thousand rupees per mensem shall be entitled to from time to time, [and a constituency allowance of 1A[seven thousand and five hundred rupees] per mensem].
