Limitation. - No suit or proceeding referred to in Section 46 shall, unless it be a suit of proceeding for the recovery of immovable property or for a declaration of title thereto, be commenced after the expiry of six months from the date on which the cause of action arose or in the case of a continuing injury or damage after the expiry of six months from the date of cessation thereof.
