Delegation of powers. - (1) The Government may, by notification, delegate all or any of their powers under this Act except those conferred upon them by Sections 3, 23, 28, 29, 51, 52 and 53 to any person or authority subordinate to them and may, in like manner, withdraw any power so delegated. (2) The exercise of any powers delegated under Sub-section (1) shall be subject to such restriction, limitations and conditions and to such control and revision by such authority as may be specified in the notification.
