(1) A veterinary practitioner whose name is cons^- qucnw aB struck off from the register under su'b-section (2) of - - str~k~og ol scction 25 or whose registration has been cancelled name from under sub-section (3) of section 21 shall- forthwith Ihe rcgistcr. surrender his certificate of registration to the Regis- trar and the name of such practitioner shall be published jn the Official Gazette. (21 If any such name is afterwards re-entered in the register in accordance with the provisions , of this Act, the fact of such re-entry shall; :,be . published in ' the Official Gazette and the certificate or ,registration shall be returned to the veteri nary practitioner concerned.
