(1) A veterinary practitioner whose name is entered in the register shall be entitled to have his name retained in the redster on payment of such annual renewal fee and within such time as may be pres,cribed, , , ( Secs. 26-28 ) (2) If the renewal fee is not paid within the time prescribed, the Registrar shall strike off the name of the defauIter from the registel-: Provided that any name so struck off from the register may, subject to such conditions as the Coun- cil may by regulation provide, be re-entered in the register on payment of the renewal fee.
