Application of the rules applicable to the Government employees:— The provisions of the O.C.S. (Rehabilitation Assistance) Rules, 1990 as amended from time to time shall, mutatis and mutandis, be applicable to a member of the family of the employees of the Urban Local Bodies who die while in service.
