(1) The toll shall be levied, paid and collected in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sun-section (1) any toll, penalty or other dues recoverable under this Act, if not paid within fifteen days of its becoming due, may be recovered in the same manner as arrears of land revenue.
