- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Orissa Transport Vehicles (Levy of Toll) Act, 1992

- S. 3Section 3 imposes a toll on non-Odisha transport vehicles entering Odisha, with a maximum rate set by the State Government.
- S. 4The section allows the State Government to set toll barriers at specified locations on or near the state's boundary for toll collection.
