( I ) The Talcher Municipality ( Validation ) o,i= Ordie Ordinance, 1976 is hereby repealed. nilncc NO. 1 of 1976. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken undcr the said Ordinance shall b0 deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
