- S. 1( I ) This Act may be called the Talcher Munici- ~horttit~e pality ( Validation ) Act, 1976
- S. 2Section 2 validates all actions taken by the Talcher Municipality and its officials from 1969 to 1975, despite any prior invalidity.
- S. 3( I ) The Talcher Municipality ( Validation ) o,i= Ordie Ordinance, 1976 is hereby repealed
