Recruitment to the pests of the service shall be made by the following methods, namely:— (a) 50% of the posts in respect of Category—I of the service shall be filled up by Direct Recruitment in accordance With rule 6 and the remaining 50% by way of ‘1 .(c)_ (d) ”(é) ' E 3 promotion from amongst employees of_Group-‘D’ posts like; PeOns, Chowkidars : andAttendants1n accordance with sub—rule (1) of rule9 (b) The posts in respect of Category—II of the service shall be filled up by way of promotion from amongst thefieldrMan Demonstrators in accordance with sub—rule (2) of rule 9 The posts in respect of Category—III of the service shall be filled up by way of promotion from amongst the Agriculture Sub—Overseers / Field Assistants in accordance With subrule (3)0f1u‘1e' 9: The posts in respect of Category—IV of theserice shall be filled up by way of promotion from amongst theJunior Fodder Development Overseers / ‘AinCultuIe Sub—Overseers/Field Assistants inaccordance With sub—rule (4) of rule 9.
