(1) Any person from the Board of Governors, nominated by the Chairman, shall be the Vice-Chairman of the University. The Chairman and his powers. The Vice-Chairman and his powers. 15 (2) In absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman shall perform all such functions and exercise all such powers of the Chairman as specified in Section 14. (3) In the absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman shall preside over the meetings of Board of Governors. (4) The Vice-Chairman of the University shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as delegated to him by the Board of Governors and conferred on him by this Act or the Statutes made thereunder.
