Power of State Government to remove the 2[x x x] member of the Committee :– (1) The State Government may suspend or remove any member of the Committee other than the Chairman and the ex officio members on the following grounds: (a) that he has been convicted by a Criminal Court of any offence which, in the opinion of the State Government, involves moral turpitude’; 1 Inserted vide Orissa Act 17 of 1968.
