3 Application for a Caste Certificate, Appeal. (k) "Scrutiny Committee" means the Committee or Committees constituted under sub-section (1) of section 6 for verification of the Caste- Certificate and to perform other functions as entrusted to the Scrutiny Committee under this Act.
