ODISHA ACT 8 OF 2014 THE ODISHA SCHEDULED CASTES, SCHEDULED TRIBES AND BACKWARD CLASSES (REGULATION OF ISSUANCE AND VERIFICATION OF CASTE CERTIFICATES) ACT, , 2011. AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE REGULATION OF THE ISSUANCE AND VERIFICATION OF THE CASTE CERTIFICATES TO THE PERSONS BELONGING TO THE SCHEDULED CASTES, SCHEDULED TRIBES AND BACKWARD CLASSES AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO.
