Ihs final ssl;ction of the candidate or candidatcs for appointmcnt shall be made by Government from among those ^rccommcnded by the Commission providcd that the candidate or candidates satisfy the requiremcnts ofrule l0 and that the Govcrnmcnt are satisficd after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that thc candidate is suitable in all rcspects for appointment to public service. PART V RECRUTTMENT By PRoMorroN - 14. (a) Promotions to Administrativc posts shall bc made from among the membcrs of the Orissa Velerinary Service Class ll (Junior Branch). Post-graduate and Advance course in Ar.imal Husbandry \flll bc considered as additional qualificatron. (b) Promotion to Specialiscd .posts- shall be made from amongst the mcmbers ofthe Orissa Vetelnary Service Class ll (Junior Branch) who:- (i) obtain spccial training required for the posts; 01 (ii) have got laboratory and lield experience in thc sdbject for at lcast tcn years. _ -_15.
