If a person to whom a direction has been issued under Section 45, on lailure ol person to Section 46 or Section 47 to remove himself from th'e area of'the leave Ihe commissionerate or any part thereof - area and his entry therein alter (a) fails to remove himself as directed; or removal. (b) having so removed himself enters the area of the Cornrnissionerate or any part thereof within the period specified in the order, otherwise than with the permission in- writing of ' Commissioner under Section 53, the Commissioner may cause him to be arrested and removed in policecustody to such place outside the, said area or any part thereof as the Coinmissioner may in each case specify. . .
