Whoever opposes or fails to conform to any direction issued under contraven- tion of Section 45, Section 46 or Section 47 or abets the opposition to, or the failure to directions conform to, any such direction shall, on conviction,. be punished with under Seclions imprisonment which shall not be less than four months but which may extend 45,46 and to one year and shall also be liable to fine:
