- S. 6Section 6 amends valuation and compensation clauses for land acquisition under the Orissa Town Planning & Improvement Trust Act, 1956.
- S. 7For clause seventhly of Section 24 of the said Act, the following Clause shall be deemed to be substituted, namely: ;

- S. 9After Section 48 of the said Act, the following section shall be deemed to be inserted, namely: "48-A
- S. 1910Section empowers the Chairman of a Planning authority to institute, defend, or withdraw legal proceedings and obtain legal advice under the Act.
