In this Act, unless the contexl olherwise requires,- (a) "Lecturers" means the Lecturers appointed to Ihe Service and working in different Government Engineering Schools and Polylechnics ; (bJ "Recruitment Rules" means the Orissa Technical Education and Train- ing Service Rules, 1985 ; and (cJ "Service" means the Orissa ~echnical Education and Training Service.
