Secretary as Registrar ex officio :- (1) The Secretary shall be the Registrar, ex officio and be referred to as such in this Chapter and subject to the provisions of this Act and subject to any general or special orders of the Board, it shall be the duty of the Registrar to maintain the register of registered Homoeopathic Practitioners and listed Homoeopathic Practitioner and, from time to time, revise the same. (2) The registers shall be kept in such form as may be prescribed and shall contain the name, address and qualifications of every registered Homoeopathic Practitioner and listed Homoeopathic Practitioner together with the date on which such qualifications were acquired. (3) The Board may direct that any alteration in the entries, as respects additional qualifications, shall not be made except on payment of such fees as may be prescribed.
