Powers and duties of Secretary and other officers and employees of the Board :- The Secretary and the other officers and employees of the Board shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may, from time to time, be conferred or imposed on them by this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder or by any general or special order of the Board.
