contract, for the performance of any duty or the execution of any work while acting in accordance with the provisions of this Act or under the authority of the Anchal Sasan. 77.(1) Subject to such general or special restrictions that may ke imposed by the Anchal Sabha in this behalf, the Anchal Executive Officer may with the previous sanction of the Executive Committee enter into and execute contracts necessary for the purposes of this Act on behalf of the Anchal Sasan. , (2) The Contract shall be sealed with the common seal of the Anchal Sasan. (3) The State Government may make rules as to the manner of submission and opening of tenders and their aeceptance andsuch rules shall be binding on the Anchal Sasan and its officers and employees. . (4) A contract executed contrary to sub-secticn (1), (2) or (3) shall not be binding on the Anchal Sasan.
