Access of inspecting officers to municipality property :– The municipality and its Chairperson, officers and servants shall be bound to afford to the officers and persons, referred to in Section 394 and 395, such access at all reasonable times, to municipalities property or premises and to all documents as may, in the opinion of such officers or persons, subject to the prescribed rule, be necessary to enable them to discharge their duties under the said sections.
