Middle Schools, High Schools and Schools of other descriptions :– The Municipality may, subject to the prescribed rules.– (a) with its own consent, be charged with and made responsible for the maintenance and management of any Middle School, High School, or a School of any other description recognised by State Government within the municipality; or (b) make grants-in-aid to such school or schools.
