Permission to make or renew, use of burial or burning grounds and registration of same :– The municipality may at any time grant permission for the formation and making of burial or burning grounds, or for the renewed use of such grounds as, owing to disuse, have not been registered under the last preceding section, and when such permission has been granted shall cause such grounds to be registered.
