Provision of latrines for markets, cart-stands, cattle-sheds, choultry :– The Health Officer may by notice require the owner or manager of a market, cart-stand, cattle-shed, dharmasala, sarai, choultry, theatre, railway station, dock, wharf or other place of public resort within the time specified in such notice, to provide and maintain for the separate use of persons of each sex latrines of such description and number in such position as may be specified in such notice.
